1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

1.5ml Testers (hygiene reasons)
Gift Boxes (opened or partially used)
Products with broken seals
Products purchased during flash sales

3. How to Return

Contact us at islamrakib803@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide return instructions and a reference number. Ship the item back in original packaging.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
