1. Shipping Areas

We deliver across all of Bangladesh. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Times

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Orders above ৳2,000: Free Delivery
Orders below ৳2,000: ৳120 flat rate
Gift Boxes: ৳120 (includes premium packaging)

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day (Saturday).

5. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Track your order anytime on our website.

6. Delivery Notes

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Unclaimed packages will be returned after 3 delivery attempts. For special delivery instructions, add a note during checkout.
