2. Products & Pricing

All products are 100% authentic. Prices are in BDT (৳) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for reference.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon payment or COD acceptance. We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on this site are owned by Fragrancia. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
